Pricing

$800 - Daytime Event, 11am-3pm

$1,200 - Evening Event, 4pm-10pm

$1,800 - All Day Event, 11am-10pm

Additional time: $250 per hour

your rental includes the following

Access to entire building

  • 2 interior rooms, accommodating about 50 people per room

  • Outdoor patio space, accommodating about 60 people

  • Catering kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, sink, and prep counter

  • 50 black chairs

  • 8 tables - 6’ rectangle

  • 6 tables - 4’ round

  • Final walkthrough with event coordinator one week prior to event date. (Additional walkthroughs will be billed at an hourly rate.)

Set-up/decoration

You are responsible for setting up and taking down tables, chairs, and all decorations during your rental time.

Linens are not provided. If you wish to have a team member manage set-up with your chosen linens and decorations, their services will be billed at $65/hour.

We have a handful of local rental companies and vendors that can provide additional tables, matching chairs, linens, and decorations.

catering

Feel free to cater your event, hire a food truck, or bring your own food. We also have a selection of local caterers we recommend.

All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender. Please provide a copy of their license for our records.

reservation

To reserve your event, we require a signed contract and 50% deposit (non-refundable.) Any additional services will be billed separately.

We accept cash, check, or card. Please make checks payable to Milieu Design.
