policies
Payment & contract
To reserve your event, we require a signed contract and 50% deposit (non-refundable.) Any additional services will be billed separately. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Once you have contacted us confirming your date and time, you will receive a contract and invoice to your email for your review and signature.
Upon request, in-person payments are acceptable via cash, check, or card. Please make checks payable to Milieu Design.
catering
Feel free to cater your event, hire a food truck, or bring your own food. Our event coordinator can provide a directory of local caterers if needed.
All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender. Please provide a copy of their license for our records.
cancellation
The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance can be refunded if your event is cancelled a month in advance.
