All building rentals include the following:
• Access to entire building
• 2 interior rooms, accommodating about 50 people per room
• Outdoor patio space, accommodating about 60 people
• Catering kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, sink, and prep counter
• 60 black chairs
• 8 tables - 6’ rectangle
• 6 tables - 4’ round
• One walkthrough with event coordinator prior to event date. Additional walkthroughs will be billed at an hourly rate.
